When we first got the email in Apr, I found this thing rlly cool. & before you know it, we formed a team :-) I think it was rlly an eye-opening experience for me because I’ve never done anything like this before and yes you guys were such great team mates! Through all the planning and constructing, I think I really learned a lot, especially about time management LOLOL. The time we spent slacking was the most fun because well yeah, it was just fun. All the time spent on watching BF vs GF or Psycho GF or kpop (-_-“) or sex change videos was extremely entertaining lolololol.
During the past 2 days, I had an insane amount of fun constructing our colourful-looking machine with you guys. We didn’t have enough time to finish connecting our machine, the steps that we were so confident of didn’t work out well, we had thousands of human interventions, the judge laughed at our group name, so? All at the same time, we had so much fun using WP’s yellow and red tape to fix the whole machine together, our machine looked good (from far LOL), we did our best, our group name is so cute, all our brilliant ideas were so brilliant and most importantly, we had fun.
Exploring the Science Centre (for free LOL), eating catered food that actually tasted good, stealing so many extra boxes of refreshments just to eat the hot dog buns, loading a cannon which exploded in our faces so many times. Then we pranced around the gift shop to look for guailan things, WP ended up buying so many random things that are useless, sneaked back into the science centre because we were lazy to walk the long way, played at the play area like 3 year olds, strolled back to the bus like VIPs, then ran back all the way to the gift shop to take back Timmy’s phone.
This stupid shit took up so much of my time but I don’t regret it one bit because I rlly enjoyed myself. Although I probably won’t join another competition like this, I’m so glad we pressed on and even though we didn’t win anything, I’m still rlly proud of the piece of crap we produced (and wrecked yesterday) because it represented our months of hard work.
